The 3k carbon twill combined with the high intermediate modulus uniderectional material provides a stiffer handle section with increased recovery raye and extra power flex focused in the perfect blended transition. The rod action and load distritbution begins in the unidrectional material which transitions into the carbon twill to provide better casting, hook sets, and fighting power. This refined blank combined with a hyperlite aluminum reel seat and single foot chrome guides provides a rod that is light enough to fish all day, but powerful when it counts.
